Engineer training takes place at Avonline’s bespoke facility, designed to show every aspect of an MATV & IRS systems.
The course has been developed in conjunction with engineer feedback, Health & Safety requirements and our own Quality standards. All new trainees are always teamed with senior engineers.
Avonline’s management team comes predominantly from within the department or from an engineering background.
All project manager/project supervisors have undertaken specialist training courses spanning key disciplines including Time Management, Handling, Management, Appraisal, Recruitment & Selection and Equal Opportunities.
