Situated in Matlock, Derbyshire, this state of the art development is on the former site of St Elphins School in Darley Dale and consists of 127 apartments and cottages set in 14 acres of grounds.
St Elphin's enjoys spectacular views of the Dales and the open countryside of the Peak District national park.
Our project team have liaised with the site consultants since the sites conception adjusting the IRS system design in line with the site development. Our team recognised at an early stage that there would be a requirement for a temporary Rig location whilst alterations to the main building (permanent Headend location) are completed.
Under our direction the contractors on site provide most of the containment and we plan visits to commission apartments as they become ready for release.
