We’ll accompany you at resident meetings to answer questions as your partner and advise on participation
We’ll explain how the systems will be installed, what measures will be in place for safety, hazard, noise and dust control; what care we’ll take with resident’s furnishings and fixtures.
Our national Help Desk will be there during the programme for a resident to call, on a Local Rate national number, to answer any questions and book an installation time and date of their choice.
We always take special care of the elderly and vulnerable making sure they are inconvenienced as little as possible...it does make the difference.
Before we start work our engineer will explain to the resident what is going to happen; that they’ll be careful, clean and tidy-up afterwards then leave after making sure all systems and equipment function as it did before.
We’ll even offer to supply and install a Set Top or Satellite Box so that immediate advantage can be gained from the improved digital reception
