Going digital...from a Residential perspective

  • We’ll accompany you at resident meetings to answer questions as your partner and advise on participation
  • We’ll explain how the systems will be installed, what measures will be in place for safety, hazard, noise and dust control; what care we’ll take with resident’s furnishings and fixtures.
  • Our national Help Desk will be there during the programme for a resident to call, on a Local Rate national number, to answer any questions and book an installation time and date of their choice.
  • We always take special care of the elderly and vulnerable making sure they are inconvenienced as little as possible...it does make the difference.
  • Before we start work our engineer will explain to the resident what is going to happen; that they’ll be careful, clean and tidy-up afterwards then leave after making sure all systems and equipment function as it did before.
  • We’ll even offer to supply and install a Set Top or Satellite Box so that immediate advantage can be gained from the improved digital reception
  • We always like to leave your residents happy, verified by a completed Customer Satisfaction Form.
