Careful planning, starting with an Implementation Meeting will identify all aspects of the programme to make sure we’re both aware of our responsibilities to ensure the programme run smoothly.
We will integrate the various elements of an installation as we progress the programme simultaneously over a number of locations, methodically working our way through the properties without delay or disruption.
Our engineers, all directly employed, will develop a clear understanding of your preferences to maintain high standards of installation quality, continuity and resident care.
We believe taking ownership achieves the best result that’s why all managers and engineers act as a team, each responsible for the work of others to ensure a quality solution.
The safety of engineers, residents and the public is paramount that’s why a full Risk Assessment is carried out to each property with the relevant Method Statements deployed prior to starting work.
All major programmes are installed to a Construction Design and Management Plan (CDM) standard which ensures best practice and continuity of health & safety requirements.
Sometimes even we make mistakes, but we’ll make sure the effect of any error is minimised and speedily rectified so as not to impact on the resident or the programme.
