Installations

Avonline’s Installation Division was the second major team established in the business. From the early 1990s the team began installing satellite and cable television services. Telephone, digital television and most recently broadband internet followed.

With over 500 staff, the division provides a fully managed, turn-key solution which encompasses workload management, CPE allocation, SLA performance and customer management. Often, installations partners with other Avonline teams to provide bespoke single supplier solutions.

  • We deliver services to 20% of Virgin Media’s five million customer base.
  • We visit and install new or additional services for around 500,000 customers every year.
  • Each year, we manage Customer Premise Equipment with a value in excess of £25 million.

With BSI Quality accreditation since 1989 (currently ISO 9001) we’ve had a long history of delivering leading industry standards. To ensure that we continue to delivered our services consistently across the UK, we also hold accreditation from leading industry bodies including CAI, NICEIC & Sky Homes.
